As a Mother that have two fully grown fish 🐟 Kidd and a third that was frightened of the water, the staff here are top class!! They recognised the child's fear and changed the way they approached the learning to accommodate. My little one has grown into a little fish 🐟 of her own and the fear of the water is now not her main focus. I cannot recommend them any higher, all staff members are fantastic in the own styles of the way they educate the kids sticking to a strong baseline on what is taught and when. Love your work Clovercrest State Swim ❤
All in all this place has been great. Instructors have all been good with the kids and there’s lots of flexibility to make up missed sessions when needed.
My only constructive feedback is that customer service has room to improve. Every time we enter the facility staff seem cold, very unenthusiastic and don't greet anyone as they come in. A little bit can go a long way.
That aside I can’t fault the place for the quality swimming service provided.
Swimming lessons have been good but needs to have lots of work improvements like a shower is out of order toilet needs to be fix the heater is always on and a/c needs to be fix it’s been like that for 30 years
Disappointing in terms of booking management. They put money over everything. Not flexible at all if there is any holiday or sickness. Neither returns money nor offers any practical solution. The student has to cancel the permanent booking …
My daughter enjoys the sessions however the classes are repetitive and their booking system and policies are a scam. You pay for your sessions for the month in advance. It's not practical to attend EVERY single week so instead of crediting …
There is not an option of no star so had to choose one star. The instructor Nicola is really rude, unprofessional and not respectful at all, not sure whether that's only with multi cultural learners as I did not have the chance to see her with other people but a group of multicultural female learners. She made a group of adults feel like they were kids. No encouragement, no interest in knowing everyone's background in swimming, or where we come from, just scolding. She was putting me down when I said I rated myself a 7 in floating on my back after she asked me (I might not rate myself accurately as not sure of her standard but after that she left me there almost drowning when I struggled in standing up from floating on my back ). She ignored me after that when I asked her what I did wrong. So clearly she is not there to teach people. Her excuses for being rude and unprofessional were that today she had beginner learners of different levels and it was challenging for her. I wanted to say that's not the excuse to not respect and to be rude to any learners, and if you are in that position, it's your responsibility to support everyone of different levels with respect, and if you can't do it you might be in the wrong position, although you said you have many years of experience of teaching people how to swim. First session with her, and last session.
First of all the water was extremely dirty, it was actually appalling considering it was only 11:30am. It was my daughters first swimming lesson and we did not realise that there would be several other people at the lesson with her all in one lane. She felt like it was very cramped and she was not getting enough time with the instructor to actually learn some new skills which is what she paid for. The company needs to clean up their pool more often and consider hiring more instructors rather than cramping as many people as possible into one lane, people are paying a lot of money for these lessons and would like to get their moneys worth.
Worst experience ever, staff are very rude and not helping the parents at all especially for make up sessions. Try to book my son for his make up during school holidays a week prior to school holiday but Staff on the counter ( Sarah) said she cant book prior to. Then I try again during school holidays the staff said it is fully booked. I was open for all the options including the days and time but useless. The shower and toilets are dirty, long waiting in changing room. I have lost my all money for the make up sessions. Staff are not helping but make parents feel guilty and put them in miserable situation by paying them in advance. The staff don't care at all.
Its all money making business. I strongly won't recommend anyone.
